HVAC Conversions RFP
Kitchener Housing Inc. (KHI) is inviting qualified HVAC contractors to submit proposals for a full-scope conversion and installation of cold-climate heat pumps and high-efficiency gas furnaces at our 31 Oprington community. This project involves upgrading heating systems across 117 townhouse units and the community centre to a high-efficiency, dual-fuel system designed to significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions and improve tenant comfort.
